At Tafu, we strive to provide the highest quality luxury perfumes. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please review our refund policy below:
Eligibility for Refunds
Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Product: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. The perfume bottle must be sealed and unopened to qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Refund

Return Shipping: Once your refund request is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping label. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is defective or an error was made in fulfillment.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Opened Perfumes: Any perfumes that have been opened or used are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
Sale/Discounted Items: Items bought on sale or using promotional offers may not be eligible for refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product is damaged during shipping or defective, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence for a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change the product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
